5. Credits and payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate images.

  • Subscription credits reset each billing period. Unused subscription credits are forfeited at the end of each period and do not roll over.
  • Top-up credits purchased as one-time packs never expire and roll over indefinitely.
  • All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If you have not consumed any credits, you may request a refund by contacting support@yourdomain.com with your account email and order details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate images of real people without their explicit consent
  • Create sexually explicit content involving minors under any circumstances
  • Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or incites violence
  • Produce content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Circumvent technical limitations or access controls
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service

8. Content ownership and license

Your uploads: You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Generated images: Images generated by the Service are yours to use. All paid plans include a commercial use license.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability
